– สินค้าประเภทคาร์ซีท รับประกันโครงสร้าง 2 ปี หากลงทะเบียนผ่านระบบ online และทำตามเงื่อนไขของบริษัท รับประกันเพิ่ม อีก 2 ปี รวมเป็น 4 ปี ซึ่งจะต้องจัดเป็นข้อผิดพลาดจากกระบวนการผลิตเท่านั้น และรับประกันอุบัติเหตุ 5 ปี (โดยมีเงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่ทางบริษัทฯ กำหนด นับตั้งแต่วันที่ลูกค้าซื้อสินค้า หรือหากซื้อก่อนกำหนดคลอดสามารถเลือกที่จะเริ่มรับประกันเมื่อคลอดแล้ว)

Evenflo Warranty Conditions:

– Baby stroller has a 2-year structural warranty if registered online and meets the company’s conditions, with an additional 2-year warranty for a total of 4 years, which must be classified as an error from the production process only. Referring from the date the customer buys the product, or if purchased before the date delivering a baby, customer is allowed to choose the starting date of this warranty on the expected date of delivering a baby.
– Car seat has a 2-year structural warranty if registered online and meets the company’s conditions, with an additional 2-year warranty for a total of 4 years, which must be classified as an error from the production process only, plus a 5-year accident warranty given additionally.
The warranty conditions will be considered under the company’s policies; however, customer (mother) is allowed the choose the starting date of this warranty coverage if she has not delivered yet. It can be done by filling the expected date of delivering a baby to start your warranty on that day.

เงื่อนไขการรับประกัน

เงื่อนไขการรับประกัน ทางบริษัทฯ จะทำการตรวจสอบและซ่อมสินค้าโดยไม่คิดมูลค่า ในกณีที่สินค้าชำรุด เสียหาย อันเกิดจากความบกพร่องในการผลิต ภายใต้การใช้งานอย่างถูกต้องตามคำแนะนำและอยู่ในระยะเวลารับประกันนับจากวันที่ซื้อ
โดยลูกค้าต้องนำใบการกรอกรับประกัน หรือหลักฐานการรับประกัน และใบเสร็จการชำระเงิน แบบชัดเจนไม่มีการแก้ไขใดๆ มาแสดงด้วยทุกครั้งที่มาใช้บริการ ทั้งนี้การรับประกันจะสิ้นสุดลงทันที ถ้าลูกค้าดัดแปลง ถอดส่วนประกอบต่างๆ ของผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือซ่อมด้วยตัวเอง ในกรณีการลงทะเบียน online เพื่อเพิ่มระยะเวลาการรับประกัน จะต้องกรอกข้อมูลการลงทะเบียน ตามความจริงอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน รวมทั้งการอัพโหลดใบเสร็จรับเงิน หากไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข จะไม่ได้รับการรับประกันเพิ่มในทุกกรณี

Process of warranty:

The company will inspect and repair the product free of charge, in the case that the product is damaged or defected, which caused by the manufacturer under the proper use according to the instructions and within the warranty period referring to the date of purchase by completing the registration according to the warranty policies.
Therefore, the customer must bring a warranty slip or a proof of warranty and a payment receipt with clear and no amendment to it every time they use the service. If the customer alters, disassembles the components of the product, or repairs it by yourself in any of the ways, we will strictly not be responsible for this warranty coverage. By registering online to increase the warranty period, the registration information must be filled in truthfully and completely with uploaded receipts. If the conditions are not met, the warranty will not be extended in any case.

การประกันที่ไม่ครอบคลุม

1. เมื่อลูกค้าไม่มีหลักฐานการรับประกันที่ชัดเจน และไม่มีใบเสร็จรับเงินมาแสดงแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ หรือ ในกรณีลงทะเบียน    ผ่านระบบ online แล้วพบว่าข้อมูลไม่ตรงกับความจริง หรือให้ข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วน และไม่ได้อัพโหลด ใบเสร็จรับเงิน 
*จะทำให้การรับประกันสิ้นสุดลงทันที
2. สินค้าชำรุดเพราะถูกใช้งานในทางที่ผิดวัตถุประสงค์ที่ออกแบบ หรือไม่เป็นไปตามคำแนะนำ
3. สินค้าถูกดัดแปลง แก้ไข ซ่อมแซม โดยบุคคลที่ไม่ใช่เจ้าหน้าที่ของบริษัทฯ
4. รอยขีดข่วน ฉีกขาด สนิมรอบ บุบสลาย ที่เกิดจากการใช้งานทั่วไป การถูกกระแทก การตกหล่นเปียกน้ำ หรือเสื่อมสภาพตามการใช้งานปกติ เช่นล้อรถเข็น เบาะผ้า วัสดุที่ทำจากยาง ความเสียหายของชิ้นส่วนที่มีการตัดเย็บ และการเสื่อมของชิ้นส่วนเรซิน จากการถูกสัมผัสรังสีอุลตร้าไวโอเลทในแสงแดด ฯ
5. การรับประกันสินค้า ไม่รวมถึงค่าจัดส่งทั้งไปและกลับ หรือในทุกกรณี
6. การรับประกันนี้ ไม่รวมถึงความเสียหาย ต่อเนื่องที่ได้รับผลกระทบมาจากการใช้สินค้าในทุกกรณี
7. ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่เมื่อสินค้าได้ผ่านการใช้งานแล้ว 
8. สินค้าที่ได้ผ่านอุบัติเหตุ ตกหล่น หรือเหตุการณ์ที่ส่งผลกระทบอย่างรุนแรง ต่อตัวสินค้าที่ไม่สามารถซ่อมได้

Reasons to exclude the warranty coverage:

1. When the customer does not have a clear proof of guarantee and does not have a receipt to show to the officer, or in case of registering online and finds that the information is not true or incomplete with receipt that is not uploaded, the warranty will be terminated immediately.
2. The product is defective because it was misused in anyway, which it was designed nor did not comply with the instructions.
3. The product has been modified or repaired by a person who is not a staff of the company that must be responsible for the warranty services.
4. Scratches, tears and rusts caused by general use. Shock Dropping, getting wet, or deteriorating with normal use, such as strollers’ wheels, fabrics, rubber materials, damaged to sewing parts, and deterioration of resin parts from an exposure to the ultraviolet rays in the sunlight.
5. The product warranty does not include both return shipping/delivering fees or in all cases.
6. This warranty does not include damages, continuously affected by using products in all cases
7. The company give no rights to exchange new product once the product has been used.
8. Products that have been through accidents, drops, or events that severely affected the product that cannot be repaired.
